Physical Preparation Training

We believe in creating well-balanced student athletes to achieve optimal physical performance not only in competition but in everyday life. We are committed to total physical preparation: student athletes will go through the appropriate steps that are necessary for sustained performance. This will be accomplished by adhering to the principles of sports performance. Programs are developed by Alex Coombs, Co-Founder and Director of Physical Preparation, and are led by one of our Physical Preparation Coaches.
